2:46 p.m. A caller sought police escort to Ward Acres to retrieve belongings.

12:22 p.m. Possible chimney fire on Kennard Street.

12:38 p.m. Welfare check on South High Street.

12:49 p.m. Attempt to locate green Ford truck reportedly traveling on the wrong side of the road on North High Street.

1:29 p.m. Fraud complaint (threatening e-mail) on Weymouth Road.

3:10 p.m. Citizen assist regarding information about renting property in a certain area of town.

4:04 p.m. Report of subject blowing debris (leaves) into the roadway on North High Street.

6:46 p.m. Caller reporting pedestrians out for a walk allegedly throwing rocks at a dog on Plummers Landing Road.

7:05 p.m. Possible rabid fox in Highland Road area.

7:58 p.m. Harassment complaint at Sawyer Circle.

8:18 p.m. Report of a female being harassed by two males in separate vehicles at a Portland Road location.

Wednesday, April 29

9:19 a.m. Suspicious activity at His Ridge Shores South property.

12:13 p.m. E-mail fraud (blackmailing) complaint.

3:43 p.m. Gunshots fired behind home in Sweden Road area.

4 p.m. Woman found laying face down on the sidewalk on Main Street. She tripped and fell, suffering injury to her nose. United Ambulance dispatched.

4:56 p.m. Officer Hammond spoke to subject about sex offender registration renewal. Subject had questions about how to register due to state shutdown.

9:53 p.m. Disturbance at hospital (subject yelling regarding cigarette smoking); Sgt. Jones and Officer Hammond responded.

Thursday, April 30

9:40 a.m. Fraud complaint regarding someone illegally marketing a cottage on Craig’s List.

10:44 a.m. Criminal trespass complaint on Pond Road.

5:01 p.m. Police escort requested to retrieve belongings from a Burnham Road location.

Friday, May 1

12:28 a.m. Checking a report of an abandoned vehicle on JR Mains Drive, police found the owner, who had omitted, inside the car (it was not “running”). The driver had contacted a friend to pick her up.

10:16 a.m. Subject sought a harassment order.

12:58 p.m. Caller alleged two females had threatened her.

6:45 p.m. Speeding complaint (a Polaris side-by-side) on Moose Cove Lodge Road.

Saturday, May 2

1:50 p.m. Chase in progress following an alleged assault and theft; Officers Swiatek and Regis, Sgt. Reese responded.

4:07 p.m. Head-on motor vehicle crash with personal injury on South Bridgton Road.

5:47 p.m. Hiker reported that while climbing Pleasant Mountain (area of the Shawnee Peak triple-chair, mid station area) her dog suffered a cut to its leg, resulting in a “fair amount of blood” loss. The dog was fine, but hiker wanted police to know there was not an injured person in the woods in case a report by someone else was filed.

9:35 p.m. Criminal trespass (subject refusing to leave the emergency department) at Bridgton Hospital; Officer Hammond responded.

Sunday, May 3

8:49 a.m. Scam e-mail received on Knowles Point Road.

2:52 p.m. Cell phone found in Shorey Park. Owner tracked phone’s location through a find-my-phone app.

4:12 p.m. Illegal dumping of trash and tires on Fosterville Road.

7:29 p.m. Mental health event on Knights Hill Road.

8:48 p.m. Disturbance (two subjects yelling) on Pond Road.
