Rotary Club June schedule includes drive-in barbecue


For the foreseeable future, the Bridgeton-Lake Region Rotary Club will meet via Zoom at 7:30 a.m. on the first, third and fourth Thursdays of the month, unless otherwise indicated.

• Thursday, June 4, 7:30 a.m. Program to be announced.
• Thursday, June 11, no club meeting.  
• Thursday, June 18, 5 p.m. No morning meeting.  The Rotary Club will be hosting its second Drive-in, Curbside Barbecue Community Kettle at the Bridgton Community Center’s Depot Street parking lot at 5 p.m. Suggested donation if you are able: $10.  All donations will assist the Club’s Covid-19 projects. Rotarian Nick Orgo of M.A.N.E. Catering will be the chef so the meal will be outstanding.
• Thursday, June 25, 5 p.m. No morning meeting. Citizens of the Month awards will be presented via Zoom to Lake Region High School seniors Brooke Chase, Nathaniel Williams and Rylie Merrill. Their parents, friends and family are all invited to this always amazing event. Friends of Rotary are invited too.
