Boil water order issued
A boil water order was issued Friday morning by there Harrison Water District for North Bridgton customers only.
In a press release, the HWD said the order was issued in wake of possibility of unsafe water as the result of a water main break and loss of pressure.
Consumers were directed to boil all water for one minute at a rolling boil before drinking, making ice cubes, washing foods, brushing teeth or in any other activity involving water consumption. The order is in effect until further notice.
