A memorial service celebrating the life of Barbara E. Starbird, who passed away on Dec. 12, 2020, will be held at 2:30 p.m., on Saturday, July 10, at the Casco Village Church, 941 Meadow Road, Casco, Maine. A reception will follow at the church after the service. For those unable to attend, the service will be live streamed on Casco Village Church United Church of Christ Facebook page.
