Jack Sandus Jr., 67, of Bridgton, died Thursday, Aug. 26, 2021 at the Central Maine Medical Center in Lewiston with his wife and two daughters by his side.

He was born on Sept. 5, 1953 to the late Jack and Rubie (Haughn) Sandus.

He was a longtime resident of Bridgton and on Oct. 27, 1974, he married Robin Huntress. He then joined the United States Air Force, and served eight years as a medic.

Hobbies he enjoyed in life were going for walks, hiking, traveling, playing pool and cribbage, and being with family and friends.

He leaves behind his wife Robin of 47 years; two daughters, Jen and husband Jay Larrabee, and Julie and husband Chris Burnell, five beautiful grandkids; and a sister Sharon McCourt.
