Daniel B. Weygandt, 80, passed away at his home on Moose Pond in West Bridgton on Tuesday, February 22, 2022.

He was born April 1, 1941, in Columbus, Ohio, the son of the late Robert D. and Norma M. (Thompson) Weygandt. Dan joined the United States Air Force, where he was stationed at Pease Air Force Base in Portsmouth, N.H., from 1960-1964.

On December 7, 1962, he married Sandra Marie Croteau.

Dan worked 33 years for ATT. When he and his wife Sandra retired to West Bridgton, he became an avid golfer.

He was predeceased by his parents Robert and Norma Weygandt; and his wife Sandra Weygandt.

He is survived by his three children: Robert Weygandt of Grove City, Ohio, Noelle Bartrum and her husband Scott of Grove City, Ohio, Jeffrey Weygandt and his wife Angie of South Bloomfield, Ohio; his grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephew. He also leaves behind his cousin Kathy Dyer of Gray; sister-in-laws Joyce Tessier of Belmont NH and Mary Glatz of Scarborough.

Keeping with Dan’s wishes, there will be a graveside service in the summer at the Forest Hill Cemetery, Bridgton, Maine.
