DONATIONS MADE — The Bridgton Fire Department recently received two donations. Pit Stop Fuels donated a new flammable gas detector. This will add an additional detector to the response fleet, and increase safety during potential gas leaks. “We would like to thank Michael Schmell of Pit Stop Fuels for the donation!” Fire Chief Tom Harriman said. Pictured above are Todd Perreault, Michael Schmell and Chief Harriman. The department also received a pizza donation from the owners of the Bridgton House of Pizza. “The House of Pizza wanted to recognize our local fire fighters for their service,” Chief Harriman reported. The pizza was handed out “curb side” at the Central Station parking lot last Wednesday evening, and was much appreciated!
