NAPLES — Phyllis J. Parritt, 79, of Naples, peacefully passed away early Thursday evening, Feb. 4, 2021, at her home in Naples surrounded by her loving family.

She was born on Jan. 7, 1942, in Portland, the daughter of Alton and Ruby (Thurlow) Proctor and attended Raymond schools.

Phyllis made her home in Naples and worked locally at Sebago Shoe Company for 20 years.

On Dec. 31, 1988, she married Robert Parritt Sr. in Naples. Together, they enjoyed traveling. They visited friends in Nashville for 25 years. They also enjoyed traveling to Branson, Missouri, taking trips Down East to visit family, and going out to eat, especially at the Clambake in Scarborough.

Phyllis enjoyed being in the outdoors, sewing, and knitting. She was smitten with her husband’s music and never missed one of his gigs. She also loved being a grandmother and supported her granddaughter’s Girl Scout Troop by meticulously counting returnables for their bottle drives.

She is loved by her husband, Bob, of Naples; children, John Small and his wife Penny of Casco, and Joyce Small and her husband Richard of Sebago; stepchildren, Robert Parritt Jr. and his wife Sharon of Windham, Nan Marie Parritt of Naples, and Tracy Noyes and her husband Kevin of Raymond; siblings, Cathy Griffin and her husband Alan of Naples, Edward Proctor and his wife Julie of Westbrook, and Alton Proctor Jr. and his wife, Jackie, of Raymond; 12 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by her parents.
