William C. Doviak, 92, passed away on Saturday, Feb. 5, 2022 while living in Mahwah, formally of Wayne, N.J.  

Bill was married in 1952 to the late Dorothy Eileen Doviak (Kuehn).  He had a passion for fly fishing, where he and his wife spent many weeks a year on Highland Lake and owned a summer camp. He was also an avid gardener, outdoorsman and a hunter. 

William served in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean War, later graduating from Seton Hall College in 1953.

He was a loving father of his three sons, William (Kathleen), Thomas (Karen), and James (Marie); a devoted grandfather and great-grandfather.  

He is predeceased by his wife, Dorothy Eileen; his son, James; and daughter-in-law, Marie (Buscio).
